6. Returns and Refunds

  • To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item for verification.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
